The AGM will approve a 14% dividend for the fiscal year 2079–2080, among other agenda items. The board of directors resolved to issue the Rs. 5.01 Arba dividend on the paid-up capital at its 526th meeting, which took place on Ashadh 27. Proposed are 10% cash dividend (including tax) of Rs 50.11 crores and 4% bonus shares worth just over Rs 20.04 crores.
