Kumari Bank Limited has announced a cash dividend for its shareholders for the fiscal year 2082/83.
The bank’s Board of Directors, at a meeting held on Tuesday, decided to propose a 2.1053% cash dividend, including tax, to its shareholders. The proposed dividend is based on the bank’s current paid-up capital of around Rs 26.22 billion.
However, shareholders will have to wait before receiving the dividend. The proposal must first be approved by Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) and then endorsed by the bank’s Annual General Meeting (AGM).
